Hello ladies, a 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Violation of this policy will result in you losing your booking deposit. For no call no shows the client will lose the deposit and will be charged 50% of the service cost. You can reschedule an appointment up to 3 times without loosing your deposit, if you reschedule a forth time, you’ll lose your deposit and have to pay a new one. You have a 15 minute grace period to get to your appointment. If you are late more than that, you will be asked to reschedule and pay another non-refundable deposit if you wish to reschedule. If you’re late twice to an appointment, you will not be able to book anymore with me. Hola chicas, para cancelar o volver a programar una cita se necesita un aviso previo de 48 horas antes de su cita. Si usted viola esta política perderá su depósito. Si no llama para cancelar o no se presenta a la cita perderá el depósito y se le cobrará el 50% del costo del servicio. Usted puede reprogramar una cita hasta 3 veces, si lo hace una cuarta vez perderá el depósito y tendrá que pagar un depósito nuevo para agendar otra cita. Usted tiene un periodo de gracia de 15 minutos, si usted llega más tarde de los 15 minutos, usted tendrá que hacer una nueva cita y pagar otro depósito no reembolsable. Si usted llega tarde 2 veces a una cita no podrá programar citas conmigo nuevamente.
