Cancellation Policy
Hello ladies,
To ensure a professional and smooth experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all appointments:
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Failure to provide notice (no-call, no-show) will result in the loss of your booking deposit.
• You may reschedule up to 2 times without losing your deposit. On the third reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
2. Deposits & Refunds
• All sales are final. Cosmetic services are non-refundable once performed.
3. Arrival & Grace Period
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for appointments.
• Arriving later than 15 minutes will require rescheduling, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required.
• Clients who are late twice will no longer be able to book appointments.
• Upon arrival, please notify Camila and wait to be invited inside.
4. Studio Rules
• No children are permitted in the studio.
• You may bring only one female companion; male companions are not allowed.
• Cell phone use is not permitted during the service, except in the case of an emergency.

Para garantizar una experiencia profesional y fluida para todas las clientas, las siguientes políticas aplican a todas las citas:
1. Cancelaciones y Reprogramaciones
• Se requiere un aviso mínimo de 48 horas para cancelar o reprogramar tu cita.
• No notificar (no show o no llamada) resultará en la pérdida de tu depósito de reserva.
• Puedes reprogramar hasta 2 veces sin perder tu depósito. Si reprogramas por tercera vez, el depósito se perderá y se requerirá un nuevo depósito para reservar otra cita.
2. Depósitos y Reembolsos
• Todas las ventas son finales. Los servicios cosméticos no son reembolsables una vez realizados.
3. Llegada y Período de Gracia
• Se permite un período de gracia de 15 minutos para llegar a tu cita.
• Llegar más de 15 minutos tarde requerirá reprogramar la cita, y se requerirá un nuevo depósito no reembolsable.
• Las clientas que lleguen tarde dos veces no podrán reservar citas futuras.
• Al llegar, por favor notifica a Camila y espera a que te indique entrar.
4. Reglas del Estudio
• No se permiten niños en el estudio.
• Puedes traer solo una acompañante femenina; no se permiten acompañantes masculinos.
• No se permite el uso del celular durante el servicio, excepto en caso de emergencia.
